Privacy Policy

This is the personal portfolio of Abe Gerstein. It does not run ads, sell data, or track you across the web. It collects no personal information automatically. The only information I ever receive is what you choose to send me directly, by email or phone.

Nothing automatically. This site has no contact forms, no account system, and no analytics or advertising trackers. I do not place marketing or tracking cookies.

What you send me. If you contact me through the email address or phone number listed on this site, I receive whatever you include: your name, your contact details, and the contents of your message. I use that information only to reply to you and to discuss potential work.

This website does not track visitors across third-party websites and performs no behavioral tracking. Because no tracking occurs, the site does not respond to a browser's "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal: there is nothing to disable.

This site is hosted on Vercel and served through Cloudflare. Like nearly all web hosts, these providers automatically process basic technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and the URL requested) in standard server and security logs to deliver the site and defend against abuse. That processing rests on a legitimate interest in operating the site securely and is governed by each provider's own privacy policy. I do not have access to an analytics dashboard of your visits.

Solely to respond to your message and, where relevant, to scope, quote, and carry out freelance work. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing.

I keep email and message correspondence for as long as it is useful for our working relationship or as required for my own records. You can ask me to delete our correspondence at any time.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information I hold about you, and to object to its processing. Because I only hold information you have sent me directly, you can exercise these rights simply by emailing me.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Material changes will be reflected at the top of this page.
